Jafarzade J. Investigation of violations of public order by youth extremist groups

The scientific work provides a comprehensive study of the legal, theoretical and organizational and tactical principles of forensic investigation of group violations of public order committed by youth extremist groups in view of the regulations of the current criminal procedure legislation. The dissertation contains theoretical provisions and scientifically substantiated recommendations for solving problematic aspects of the pre-trial investigation of a group violation of public order committed by youth extremist groups. Features of carrying out separate investigative (search) actions during investigation of the specified criminal offenses are considered. The degree of scientific development of the specified problems is investigated, the scientific works of scientists which became a theoretical basis of dissertation research are analyzed. The state, structure and dynamics of group violation of public order, criminological characteristics of this type of crimes, and the main causes and conditions influencing their commission are determined. Typical investigative situations are singled out and separate algorithms of actions for employees of divisions of pre-trial investigation bodies are offered.
