Ignatchenko N. Investigation of criminal offenses in the field of land relations

In the dissertation the scientific bases of complex forensic methods of investigation of criminal offenses in the field of land relations in the conditions of the current criminal procedural legislation are developed. The multifunctional approach to forensic protection of land as an object of environment, legal relations of land ownership and agricultural activity, based on the results of a comprehensive study of the stated issues, based on critical elaboration of doctrinal provisions of the theory of criminology, criminal procedure, criminal law, operational law , analysis of land legislation and law enforcement practice of various law enforcement institutions, which includes a comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of criminal offenses in the field of protection of such objects as a necessary condition for the normal functioning of the environment and man. The peculiarities of the beginning of the pre-trial investigation and the circumstances to be established in criminal proceedings are revealed, as well as the typical investigative situations and the main directions of the investigation are singled out. Possibilities of interaction of the investigator with employees of operative divisions are defined. The peculiarities of tactical and forensic support of certain investigative (search) actions and measures to ensure criminal proceedings during the investigation are revealed and the forms of use of special knowledge under such conditions are analyzed.
