Bogdanov Y. Investigation of criminal offenses in the field of pension provision in Ukraine

In the dissertation the scientific bases of a complex forensic technique of investigation of criminal offenses in the field of pension provision in the conditions of the current criminal procedural legislation are developed. The structure of a comprehensive forensic methodology for investigating criminal offenses in the field of pensions, which includes forensic characteristics of official criminal offenses, ie those committed by officials in the field of pensions (Articles 175, 190, 191, 364, 366−368 of the Criminal Code), as well as criminal offenses committed by persons in need of pensions (and their relatives) (Articles 190, 358, 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine); features of detection of criminal offenses in this area; typical investigative situations, versions of the initial stage of pre-trial investigation and algorithms for their verification; features of procedural actions during the investigation of such criminal offenses are determined.
