Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations of defining the ecology of culture as a phenomenon of humanization of the socio-cultural space. The scientific novelty of the dissertation study is that it is the first study of the phenomenon of cultural ecology in a broad programmatic perspective of meta-ecological issues, where culture is defined as a certain dialogue of cultures. The system of ecological determinations of cultural values in the context of globalization issues is defined, which makes it possible to go to the anthropological and ethical-aesthetic dimensions of national culture, which are the basis of its self-preservation, self-development, and also the basis of humanization of the modern socio-cultural space. The reconstruction of culture as a whole in the ecological dimension was carried out within the framework of such concepts as "culturogenesis", "systemogenesis". Systemogenesis indicates that the system and the entire integrity of its subsystems lives in different times (subsystems project the future each in its own way), where one of the leading subsystems stands out, which forms the strategy for the functioning of the entire system. It was determined that time in culture is ambivalent, moving from the present to the future and from the present to the past. Verification of the cultural integrity of time takes place as forecasting and projecting the future, reconstruction of the past as adequate to today's issues of historical and cultural integrity. Turning to the past, the metaphysical foundations of cultural creation, the actualization of lost fragments as a reactualization of the integrity of culture is connected with ecology. Ecology of culture is self-care, according to M. Foucault, where culture is understood as a total personal personality - "I", which does not differ from society and cultural integrity. The "I" of a person, the subject of cultural creation, becomes the basis of the unity of society. Taking care of yourself becomes taking care of society. The personality of cultural integrity within the historical and cultural reality defines the national phenomenon. It has been proven that cultural genesis of national culture occurs as system genesis. Subsystems of culture are formed in different time and space. The essence of heterochrony as the multitemporal existence of cultural practices (cultural subsystems, if culture is defined as a system), and the essence of heterotopia as existence in different spatial realities, indicates that both in time and in space there is a constant projecting of the future, both eco-future and permanent probing the past. It is emphasized that the systemogenesis of national culture is culturegenesis, the formation of the dynamic integrity of cultural creation, which is personally determined and oriented to ethical, moral, aesthetic values, which find their adequate expression in various cultural practices. These are types of art, fashion, design, national culture, everyday culture, culture as the ability to conduct a discussion, dialogue. Ethical and aesthetic determinants and dominants of the evolution of cultural creation are defined, which become ambivalent, oriented to the integrity of multi-vector cultural creation, which determines the importance of multiculturalism in the modern socio-cultural space. It is emphasized that Ukraine is a multi-ethnic society. National culture is analyzed as a certain type of human integrity, a type of historical integrity, unity of cultural practices formed in one or another region. in the context of modern digital (digital) transformations of communication is one of the most important principles for determining the actors of message transmission, subjects of discourse and responsibility for the content of the information message, which is presented in today's complex medial transformations. A person easily consumes information on the Internet, is included in the flow of transformational processes, acts as a producer and a recipient at the same time. Such simultaneity indicates that personality doubles, multiplies, becomes extremely blurred. We need verification systems, determination of the reality of an information message, as a certain area of personal responsibility. The interpretation of the concept of "attractor" has been expanded. The heuristic mechanism for interpreting information presentation is the "attractor" category. An attractor is understood as a zone of peace, quiet, comfort in a chaotic communicative environment. It is precisely this dimension that prompts us to define today's innovations in information systems, ranging from information transfer systems to such megaprojects as information government. National identity in culture is considered. At the level of ethnocultural presentations is the use of ethnocultural codes as signs of identity.
