Hrynenko I. Economic justification of development strategies of stakeholder enterprises in the updated format of construction development

The dissertation is devoted to solving the important scientific and applied task of developing methodological and analytical principles and practical recommendations for choosing a rational economic strategy of construction enterprises as stakeholders (CES) of construction development projects (СDP) in the context of approaches: "stakeholder theory", "management by exception" and "formalized criteria success -key performance indicators, KPI". The scientific-methodical and analytical results of the research provide the construction stakeholder enterprise with the proper economic balance of the functioning processes in the environment of the development project and in the digitally-adapted space of formalized strategic coordinates, provide the project implementing enterprises with a scientific rationale for the essential growth of adaptogenic characteristics and the choice of the option to substantially improve the state of the enterprise's competitiveness : the results of the work collectively update the scientific and methodological basis of economics and management of construction enterprises.
