Shemetenko L. Subjects of administrative jurisdiction: national and foreign experience.

The scientific-theoretical, practical and legal foundations of the analyzed issues were studied. The methodology and systems of scientific research (dialectical, systemic, structural-functional, analysis, synthesis, hermeneutic classification, formal-legal, comparative-legal, prognostic-legal methods), techniques and methods of scientific research are considered. General and working hypotheses have been developed, the main directions of research have been determined. The author's definition of the terms "administrative jurisdiction", "administrative jurisdiction of the court", "administrative jurisdiction of law enforcement agencies" as priority for the study of the mentioned issues has been developed.
