Prytoliuk N. Administrative and legal regulation of the implementation of special measures to prevent violence in the family.

The dissertation, based on a comprehensive analysis of the theory of administrative law, the norms of specialized legislation and the practice of the subjects of prevention and countermeasures against domestic violence, revealed the legal principles, defined modern features and formed the latest trends in the administrative and legal regulation of the implementation of special measures for the prevention of domestic violence. It was revealed that violence in the family is a subtype of violence that is distinguished by the scope of the commission (in a specific family) and consists in inflicting psychological, physical and/or sexual pain, suffering, injuries, impact, thus threatening health and life of the affected person, which in general, as a negative phenomenon, discredits the family as a social institution.
