The work establishes the peculiarities of implementation and protection of the administrative-legal status of a private person in the public sphere. The aim of the dissertation is to develop modern theories of understanding a private person as an individual subject of administrative law, which would contribute to the development and implementation of effective concepts in the aspect of implementation and protection of the administrative-legal status of a private person in the public sphere, as well as legislative decisions and the improvement of law enforcement practice in this sphere In the work, the following research tasks were fulfilled, such as: to reveal the content of the category public sphere of social legal relations; to analyze the essence and composition of the administrative and legal status of a private person; to characterize the rights, freedoms and duties of a private person as the content of his administrative-legal status in the public sphere; determine the specifics of the responsibility of a private person in the public sphere; to reveal the guarantees of implementation and protection of the administrative and legal status of a private person in the public sphere; to investigate the principles of implementation and protection of the administrative-legal status of a private person in the public sphere; characterize the administrative-procedural legal personality of a private person as a component of its administrative-legal status; determine directions for ensuring the effectiveness of the administrative and legal status of a private person in the public sphere.
