Koshlia A. The administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring the requirements of national ecological security in Ukraine

The work establishes the peculiarities of the implementation of the administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring the requirements of national ecological security in Ukraine. The purpose of the dissertation is to develop modern approaches to establishing the content and structure of the administrative-legal mechanism for ensuring the requirements of national ecological security in Ukraine, which made it possible to substantiate the conclusions and proposals to the current legislation in order to increase the effectiveness of law enforcement practice in this area. The work achieved the realization of such research tasks as: to reveal the meaning of "national environmental security" as an administrative-legal category; to characterize the regulatory principles of the mechanism for ensuring the requirements of national ecological security in Ukraine and the place of administrative and legal regulation in them; to establish the structure of the system of subjects of the administrative-legal mechanism for ensuring the requirements of national environmental security in Ukraine and its development; describe the essence and types of administrative proceedings in the field of national environmental security; determine the forms of public participation in the administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring the requirements of national environmental security in Ukraine; to reveal the guarantees of implementation and protection of the administrative and legal status of a private person in the public sphere; to investigate the foreign experience of the regulatory and legal mechanism for ensuring the requirements of national ecological security and the possibility of its adaptation to the legal system of Ukraine; characterize directions for improving the regulatory framework of the mechanism for ensuring the requirements of national environmental security.
