Bagin M. Management of the efficiency of the use of land resources in the management system of agricultural enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to obtaining a new solution to the scientific task of substantiating the theoretical, methodological and applied principles of managing the effectiveness of the use of land resources in the management of agrarian enterprises. The place and role of land resources in the system of resource provision of agricultural enterprises is identified. The economic, ecological and social aspects of the positioning of land resources as objects of management in the management of agrarian enterprises are defined. The methodical principles of evaluating the effectiveness of the use of land resources by agricultural enterprises are substantiated. The assessment of the level of efficiency of the use of land resources in agricultural enterprises was carried out. The influence of agricultural enterprise specialization on the efficiency of land resource use of agricultural enterprises is determined. The directions of changes in the efficiency of the use of land resources by agricultural enterprises during the transformation of land relations are outlined. The tools for managing the efficiency of the use of land resources in the management of agricultural enterprises have been identified. The architecture of the mechanism for managing the efficiency of the use of land resources of agricultural enterprises is substantiated. Strategic directions for increasing the efficiency of land resource use by agricultural enterprises have been determined. The conceptual principles of the construction and integration into the management of agricultural enterprises of the mechanism for managing the efficiency of the use of land resources are substantiated, which is based on the division of the functional and instrumental load of the components of the main activity management system, which influence the use of land resources, at the strategic, tactical and operational levels, with the separation of procedures rationalization of strategies for increasing economic, environmental and social efficiency, identifying relevant strategic guidelines. Methodical approaches have been developed to determine the level of efficiency of the use of land resources by agricultural enterprises, which is based on taking into account the commodity and industry specialization of commodity-producing enterprises, the assessment of the ecological and social consequences of land use through the prism of the economic efficiency of the implementation of the main activity on the basis of a retrospective analysis of the dynamics of the specified indicators. The characteristics of land resources as an object of management in the management of agricultural enterprises were determined by identifying the economic, ecological and social aspects of reproduction in agricultural production, as well as establishing the interdependence of effects in the listed areas in the process of using agricultural land by commodity- producing enterprises. Strategic directions for improving the efficiency of the use of land resources by agricultural enterprises were identified by formalizing relevant portfolios of strategic decisions depending on the compliance of the achieved and expected level of economic efficiency of the use of land resources with the predicted results of the main activity of agricultural enterprises with the further allocation of strategies of concentrated growth, strategies of integrated growth, strategies of diversified growth and reduction strategies taking into account the capabilities of enterprises.
