The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of prognostic trends in the development of legislation on administrative responsibility. It was found that forecasting in administrative law is a form of scientific knowledge of administrative-legal phenomena, which consists in developing a forecast about the future of an administrative-legal phenomenon based on knowledge about its past and present, as well as on the basis of knowledge about factors affecting it development.
