In the dissertation, a new solution to the important scientific task of building and functioning mechanisms of strat management of organizational and economic security of enterprises was obtained. Identification of the conceptual categorical apparatus of research on organizational and economic security has been carried out. Features of the construction of mechanisms for compliance with the organizational and economic security of enterprises are outlined. Structural, functional and instrumental approaches to the construction of organizational and economic security management system characterized. The relationship between the efficiency of functioning and the organizational and economic security enterprises has been established. The architecture of the organizational and economic security management mechanism in enterprise management is justified. Approaches to the observance of organizational and economic security in the conditions of integration processes have been determined. Innovative approaches in the strategic management of organizational a economic security have been identified. Measures to provide information support for the construction of organizational and economic security management systems in the management of enterprises are substantiated. Strategies for compliance with organizational and economic security are defined. The conceptual principles of building a mechanism for managing compliance with organizational and economic security are substantiated, which provide for the functional combination of instruments for the identification of risks, threats and dangerous situations with the means of strategic management of the implementation of organizational, financial, industrial and commercial measures, the purpose of which is to maintain a protected state of economic activity, as well as further integration of the specified mechanism into the management of the enterprise with the construction of appropriate management subsystems.
