Lutsiv O. Administrative-legal countermeasures against bullying in Ukraine

The work determines the concept and essence of administrative countermeasures against bullying in Ukraine; it defines the relevant concept as the activity of public administration regulated by the norms of administrative law, a system of consistent and legally significant anticipatory actions of power entities united by common goals and objectives aimed at preventing bullying, identifying and eliminating the causes, conditions, and other determinants of its commission by creating necessary conditions for the enjoyment of public and private interests of the participants in legal relations, as well as a complex administrative mechanism for implementing public administration functions on educating citizens in keeping with high legal awareness and discipline, strict observance of the laws of Ukraine, legal education and culture.
