Kaliuzhnyi A. Administrative and legal regulation of railway transportation in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of existing scientific approaches, the legislation of Ukraine and the practice of its implementation with the aim of improving the theoretical foundations, organizational and legal mechanism and features of the administrative and legal regulation of railway transportation in Ukraine, as well as outlining the ways of its improvement. The paper examines railway transport and the sphere of its functioning as objects of administrative and legal regulation, which is determined by its general and specific features, the phenomenon of which in the legal sphere consists in its interdisciplinary character, regulation and protection of social relations by both public and private law norms.
