Bondar V. Organization of medical and social examination: administrative and legal aspect

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the organization of the medical and social examination through the prism of administrative law, in particular the analysis of the purpose, tasks, principles, legal foundations and administrative and legal mechanism of the organization of the medical and social examination in Ukraine. Based on the results of the research, a number of conclusions, suggestions and recommendations were formulated, proposed by the applicant personally. It was found that MSE as an object of administrative and legal regulation is a separate sphere of social relations, which are formed in connection with the provision (reception) of medical and social expert services, and a component of public-authority and public-service activities of subjects of public administration, which is conducted for the purpose of satisfying the relevant public interest and for orderliness, protection and development of these relations. The conceptual and categorical apparatus has been improved, namely such legal categories as "medical and social expertise", "legal regulation of medical and social expertise", "administrative and legal regulation", "administrative and legal regulation of medical and social expertise", "organization of medical and social expertise" -social expertise", "tasks of the organization of medical and social expertise", "principles of the organization of medical and social expertise", "administrative and legal relations", "legal status of a person", "administrative and legal status of a person", "administrative procedure".
