Essay

This dissertation is dedicated to a comprehensive theoretical and legal analysis of the principles of the legal application process in Ukraine. It explores a series of historical regularities inherent in the legal mentality of Ukrainians, which contributed to the development of legal principles in general. It also examines the essence and content of concepts such as "legal application," "application of legal norms," "legal application activities," the actual "legal application process," and analyzes their features and contemporary scientific and theoretical interpretations. The author proposes an original model that combines private and public legal interests, based on the interconnection of legal application process principles in public and private law in Ukraine. This model aims to continuously enhance the social value of the law, defined as the ability of the legal system to serve the purpose and means of satisfying socially justifiable, universal human needs, and the interests of citizens and their associations. The research also explores the ways of incorporating general legal, intersectoral, sectoral, and institutional legal application principles into the legal system of Ukraine, which simultaneously serve as criteria for improving the efficiency of this system.
