The dissertation is devoted to the solution of a set of theoretical and practical problems of civil law in the sphere of protection of the rights of passengers under the contract of carriage of a passenger by air transport. New approaches to improving the mechanism of legal regulation of passenger transportation by air under contract under the legislation of Ukraine, bringing it into line with international norms, EU law and practice are proposed.
