Rekshynskyi V. Forms and Methods of Protecting the Social Rights of Military Personnel in Ukraine

The dissertation focuses on conducting a comprehensive analysis of the content of the forms and methods utilized to protect the social rights of military personnel in Ukraine. It aims to identify the challenges related to legal and institutional support and to propose solutions for enhancing the protection of military personnel rights. The object of this study comprises public relations within the realm of safeguarding the social rights of military personnel in Ukraine, while the subject encompasses the various forms and methods employed for this purpose. Throughout the examination of the overarching theoretical aspects concerning the protection of social rights for military personnel, considerable emphasis is placed on formulating a precise definition of the concept and framework surrounding the social rights attributed to military personnel. Additionally, significant effort is dedicated to elucidating the substantive content of social rights protection for military personnel in Ukraine and its socio-legal implications. The author takes particular care in comprehensively conceptualizing both jurisdictional and extra-jurisdictional forms, alongside contemporary methodologies utilized to safeguard the social rights of military personnel in Ukraine.
