Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of administrative and legal support for keeping prisoners of war. The content and features of the realization of the rights of prisoners of war as an object of legal protection are revealed. The essence and system of administrative and legal support for the detention of prisoners of war has been determined. The international experience of administrative and legal support for keeping prisoners of war is disclosed. The regulatory and legal principles of administrative and legal support for the detention of prisoners of war and the principles of its implementation are outlined. To find out the structure and peculiarities of the administrative and legal status of the State Criminal Enforcement Service and camps for prisoners of war. To characterize the forms and methods of administrative and legal support for keeping prisoners of war. The content of the administrative and legal procedures for ensuring the basic rights of prisoners of war during detention is revealed. The types and forms of control over the observance of the rights of prisoners of war during detention have been clarified. Peculiarities of the interaction of state and public institutions during the organization of keeping prisoners of war in camps have been determined. Ways to improve the administrative and legal provision of keeping prisoners of war have been formulated.
