Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodical and applied principles of formation and development of state antimonopoly policy. It is determined that the state antimonopoly policy occupies a key place in the state regulation of the economy, as it is closely related to other components of the state's economic policy and is aimed at the formation of a competitive environment that ensures the functioning of the economy. The implementation of the state antimonopoly policy takes place with the help of a complex of restrictive, restraining and stimulating instruments. The proposed methodical approach to the determination of the combined indicator of concentration and monopolization for the consumer market, which allows to assess the state of the market, and the obtained results of the assessment of concentration and monopolization of the consumer market make it possible to propose a specific set of restrictive, restraining and stimulating instruments of the state antimonopoly policy for correcting the market situation depending on economic policy of the state. It is proposed to improve the mechanism of formation and development of the state antimonopoly policy, which takes into account the institutional features of the formation and development of markets, namely the roles and functions played by all market participants, and takes into account the interrelationships and interdependence between market participants, in particular, with the bodies of state regulation and self-regulation. A methodical approach to evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the state antimonopoly policy on the national consumer market is proposed, which allows taking into account the impact of antimonopoly regulation of the economy in the form of the results of the implementation of specific measures in the context of the efficiency and effectiveness of the state antimonopoly policy and gives a comprehensive assessment of the results of the functioning of the state antimonopoly policy by components (social economic development, functional effectiveness and functional-operational component). It is determined that when implementing state antimonopoly policy on the national consumer market, the following complex characteristics of the national consumer market must be taken into account: market concentration, differentiation of goods or services on the market, and available and accessible sales channels on the market. The scientific developments proposed in the work have practical significance and value. The practical use of the obtained results is confirmed by certificates on the implementation of the research results in the activities of "Epicenter K" LLC, where recommendations were used to assess the level of concentration and monopolization of the construction services market and the involvement of self-regulatory bodies in the process of antimonopoly regulation and the development of competition in the industry (certificate No. 147/1 from 15.12.23), and are also used by "FAVORITO" LLC (certificate dated 14.12.2023) in the organization's activities to improve its own market situation and increase market share by establishing tools of influence on other business entities. The main provisions of the dissertation work are implemented in the educational process of undergraduates at the Faculty of Management and Marketing with the specialty 073 "Management", the educational program "Business Administration", the educational component "Macro- and Microeconomics" in the process of conducting classes in the 2023-2024 academic year (reference No. 23/86-20-69 dated 13.12.2023).
