Essay

Object of research: state youth policy of Ukraine. Purpose: substantiation of the theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of formation of the state youth policy of Ukraine. Methods: system analysis, synthesis, comparative analysis, categorical analysis, structural and functional analysis, statistical analysis and sociological research, analysis and generalization. Results: an important scientific task was solved, regarding the development of theoretical foundations and substantiation of scientific and applied recommendations for improving the mechanisms of formation of the state youth policy of Ukraine. Novelty: for the first time, the directions of youth policy formation based on the implementation of foreign experience are substantiated. In the dissertation study, the following were further developed: the theoretical foundations of state youth policy in modern Ukrainian society as a constitutional and legal institution, tools for determining the potential of civil society in the development and implementation of youth policy through the understanding of youth as a stratified and differential, social and cultural part of society, the introduction of institutions initiators of social projects, as mediators between the state and youth. Implemented by: Khmelnytskyi Regional Council, Khmelnytskyi City Council, Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law named after Leonid Yuzkov. Fields of use: state authorities, enterprises, institutions, organizations.
