Essay

The object of the study: the process of development of land management enterprises in the conditions of European integration. Purpose: scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations regarding organizational and economic support for the development of land management enterprises in the conditions of European integration. Methods: structural analysis, regression analysis, cluster analysis, comparative analysis, graphical. Novelty: for the first time, a complex of three economic-mathematical models was proposed for their application in the tactical and strategic activities of land management enterprises, in particular: "Marketing", "Pricing", "Resource allocation planning"; theoretical principles regarding the resource provision of the functioning of land management enterprises, a methodical approach for forecasting the development of a land management enterprise for five years, which, in contrast to the existing ones, involves the use of an economic-mathematical model for estimating income, expenses, capital investments, market conditions and other factors affecting its activity are improved. Scope of use: in the process of economic activity of enterprises, in particular: PE "GEOBUD", PE "Center for Market Research", LLC "ORDO PLUS", SE "Lviv Scientific Research and Design Institute of Land Management", in the scientific work of the Scientific Research Institute of Higher Education " Lviv University of Business and Law" in researching the problems of enterprise development in the conditions of European integration, in the educational process of Lviv University of Business and Law in teaching the disciplines: "Economic Analysis", "Business Planning", "Marketing".
