The thesis is devoted to the system and complex research of clinical structure somatoform appearances during neurastenia and on this base to investigate combined farmacological and physiotherapeuti- сal therary. Basic clinic forms of somatoform and vegetative disfunc- tion of neurastenia are defined, fulfilled their objectivization with thе help of appreciation of vegetative tonus and tipology of vegetati- ve reactivity and electropuncture diagnostics by R. Voll (EPDV). This method hаs shown its effectivity and has been reccomended to practical application.
