The dissertation is devoted to the questions of the elaboration of effective methods, means and measuring instruments of dipole magnetic moments of external magnetic field (EMF) sources. The 8- and 12-point methods and schematic solutions of three - cannel obstacle-protect measuring devices, the methods of methodical error appraisal and obstacle-protect measuring were come out. The special measuring means of EMF parameters of electrotechnical devices are proposed.
