Mel'nyk O. Improvement of the hotel services management

Dissertation is devoted to the questions dealt with the management practice improvement in the sphere of hotel services in Ukraine. Available management system was analyzed both on macro- and microlevels. The role of hotel services within the system of the extended reproduction and the importance of this business for the state's economy were determined. The basic conceptual instrument of hotel services was theoretically substantiated. Typification of the hotel services as well as a management model oforganization-and-economic development of the latter was proposed, trends of the development of mechanism of hotel services management were specified with the hotel complexes organization being of prime importance among them. The main regions of the hotel services development were determined depending on the intensity of the existing home and foreign tourist movements and available facilities, and the procedure of calculation of hotels accommodation capacity is advanced.
