The purpase of researches was: study fattening and meat features bulls of red steppe breed of diferent groups of distribution; intensity of formation, and also definition of parameters of early forecasting of officioncy.For the first time in condition of the South of Ukraine are investigated fattening of feature fnd meat efficiency bulls of red steppe breed of different groups of distribution.The researches have allowed to define an optimum age period for earby forecasting of meat efficioncy and alive weight for aequisition howogeneous of groups
