The thesis is devoted to the problem of metrolo-gical assurance of measuremets of electronic temperature Plasma at the fusion reactor tokamak. The thesis develops the diagnostic techniques which has permitted to solve the problem of direct measurament of space and time distributions of plasma temperatura with high accuracy in the real time scale and during the all high-current discharge. The equipment and the means of metrological assurance are inculcated into the Plasma experiment at the biggest fusion reactor "Tokamak T-10" which is affirmed by the corresponding Act.
