Vistar rats, blood, peritoneal cavity.The pathogenetical impairment in the neurohumoral regulation invtstigation in condition of acute experimental paritonitis (AEP) and pathogenetical background for neuropeptides analogues using in AEP complex treatment.Biochemical, radioimmune, histological, statistical; operational table, centrifuge, personal computer.It was shown the high antioxidant dalargin efficacy in condition of AEP which was enhanced while combined with natrofine; it was provtd that hormonal dysbalance njrmalization and opioid system activation, are the main mechanisms of drugs curing effects in the experimental cjnditions, it was established the malonic dyaldehide and diyenic conjugates content desreasing together with thyol-containing enzymes content as well as gastrine, AKTG and corticosterone level increasing under the influences of dalargin and its combination with natrofine.The adaotational mechanisms was shown and neuropeptides analogues together with proteases inhibitor natrofine usin g was patrogenetically proved in complex treatment of AEP.Reports on congresses meeting and conferences, using in the histology,embriology and cetology, biochemistry and pathophysiology teaching.The depthness of knowledge abjut the main gastroenteropancreatical, pituitary-suprarenal and opioid hormones changing content pathogenetical in AEP.Hfthophysiology, surgery, pharmacology.
