The unstable problems of the dynamic theory of elasticity for a half-space and two-layer medium. Receipt of the faithful analytic solutions of new problems, development of the methods. Methods of investigation are the initial solution method and the method of integral representations. The solutions of new unstable space boundary problems in potentials are obtained. The pictures of the mutual disposition of different types waves' front sets are built. The analysis of effective areas of waves and domains of integration is given. The algorithms of construction of the numerical solutions are elaborated. The results can be used in educational process. The spheres of use are geophysics, building mechanics, seismology.
