Dasho M. Cliniko-biochemical and immunological evaluation of enterosorption in complex therary of acute neuroinfections.

There are the thesis un the form of manuscript conferred and 14 scientific works presented. Epidemiological and clinical peculiarities of acute neuroinfections and dynamics of the traditional paraclinical tasts in the given pathology have been studied. There was defined the information value of oligopeptides of the middle molecular weight in the blood serum, cerebrospinal fluid and urine as an objective criterion of the assessment of the degree of toxicosis, of the diagnosis and prognosis of the couse of acute neuroinfections. The means of diferentiated diagnostics of viral and bacterial meningitis in the early stages of the disease were suggested. there was determined the correlative association between the levels of OMMW of different biochemical fluids defined on the maximum noticeability of toxicosis. There was provded the reliable increase of the efficacy of detoxication and dehydration therapy, included into the complex of traditional therapeutic measures, in the enteral use of the pokysorb. The i ndications for application of the preparation have been worked out.
