Condition of an extended type objects (ETO). Creation of methods and means of an evaluation of a condition ETO. Systems analysis, statistical dynamics, expert evaluations. Mobile informational-computer complex (MICC) is the equipment. The analytical solution of a problem of definition of fluctuation influence on a response of a dynamic system is obtained.A method of clarification of parameters of a MICC's dynamicsystem; algorithms of a classification and identification of a condition of objects with out the experts; the MICC's flatness measurement channel are developed. The new method of an evaluation of a condition ETO is obtained. The results are introduced in a Management Information System Kharkov-dorstroy, under construction MICC. The usage sphere are Management Information Systems of a transport complex.
