Information technology of transport communications monitoring. Raising the productivity of a data recording about a condition of the transport communications. Generalized methods of systems analysis, time charts, methods of theory of probability and mobile information and computation complex (MICC). The generalized description of process of monitoring and soft-hardware complex are developed. The soft-hardware complex permitting to execute monitoring in a real time is designed.
