78 patients chronic recurrent pancreatitis are investigated with the purpose of the pathogenetic substantiation of efficiency use of histamine2-receptor antagonist of the third generation, with the help of clinical, instrumental (sonography, X- ray, endoscopic) and laboratory researches, including definition of pancreas enzymes in Serum of a blood and pancreatic secret, stomach secretion. Is established, that progression pancreatitis is accompanied by violation of a content biogenic amine in a blood, and also positive influence of histamine2-receptor antagonist on clinical current of chronic recurrent pancreatitis The obtained data are introduced into practice of establishments of public health services in the field of a gastroenterology and therapy
