Pervyj V. Clinico-psychopathological and psychological analysis of aggressive forms of behavior in patients with personality disorders

Object of research - 121 patients with aggressive forms of behavior in personality disorders strusture (dissocial disorders - 28, emothional disorders - 24, shizothipe disorders - 12, hystherical disorders -20, mixing disorders - 12, drug abuse-mixing disorders - 20).The dissertation is devoted to study peculiarities of origin and realization of aggressive tendencies in patients with personality disorders. The criteria of ICD-10, tests MMPI, Leary, Rosenzweig Picture-Frustration Study, self-estimation scale of Spielberger-Khanin, Teylor anxiety scale, method of standartized interview were performed for investigation. Comparative analysis of got results allow to established that an disadaptive anxiety level as a one of provocative factors in origin and realization of aggression in personality disorders. The results of researching may be used in clinical psychiatry with the aim of early revealing and prevention of aggressive behavior in patients with personality disorders, allow in considerable measure to optimize and individualize medical and rehabilitation help for that contingent of patients.
