The matrix disperse systems with metallic inclusions and statistical mixtures of inhomogeneous dielectric particles. To investigate the effective electrodynamics parameters of the composites with homogeneous and inhomogeneous particles. The expressions for the calculation of the effective dielectric and magnetic permeabilities of MDS with metallic inclusions in the far IR range are obtained. The MGT approximation for the calculation of the effective dielectric permeability of MDS with metallic inclusions with taking into account of dipole-dipole interactions between the inclusions is modified.
