Essay

With the purpose of creation of new anticorrosive coatings a process of combining and an interaction of epoxydiane resin with . maleinizied petroleum polymeric resins, which were obtained by polymerization of secondary products from pyrolysis and follo- wing their modification with maleic anhydride is investigated. It was studied an influence of components concentrations, a degree of petroleum resins maleinization and interaction conditions on an intensity of the reaction. It was established a chemism of the reaction. It was studied a corrosion-electrochemical and physic- mechanical characteristics of epoxy-petroleum coatings in wor- king environments. It was developed and optimised composi- tions and recommendations for a production of new anticorrosi- ve protective coatings with the increased resistance by aggressi- ve environments were given as well. The coatings are cheap, have wide raw material basis and may find a use in Ukrainian industry.
