311 patients with cataract. To increase efficiency of treatment of cataract. Methods of researche: visometria, refractometria, ophthalmometria, biomicroscopia, ultrasonic biometrics of an eye, tonometria, the determination of decentration of IOL. The relation between diameter of cornea and capsular bag is established. The relation between vision and degree of decentration of IOL is investigated. The results of implantation of three-pieces model of IOL are obtained. The relation between depth of the anterior chamber and arrangement of angulated model IOL in the capsular bag is established.
