Essay

Based on studing of 107 epileptik patients with different depresive states their clinical clasification has been developed. Manifestation of suicide activity in every depresive varienty has been defined. Dependence of different antidepressants effectiveness (amitriptillin and nialamid ) affer their one usage and course treatment of clinical symptoms, psychologic peculiarities of patients, laterality of brain epileptik damege and dynamics of the exchange of serotonin is developed. It has been ordered the complex pathogenesis treatment of depression based on clinic - neurophysiogic and biochemical prognosis of therapeutic effectiveness of antidepressants.
