Fourier multipliers in Hardy spaces in tube domains over open cones; approximation of a function on half-axis by entire functions of bounded half-degree. Methods of harmonic analysis, approximation theory, multivariate complex analysis. The definitions of Fourier transform and multipliers for mentioned spaces are introduced, the effective conditions are obtained and applied to the solution to the problems of approximation theory. An asymptotically exact solution for approximation of a function with bounded r-th derivative on a real half-axis by entire functions of bounded half-degree is obtained.
