The dissertation contains theoretical developments and practical recommendations with purpose to establish antidepressants threatment tactics. There where revealed and compared clinico-neurophysiological criteria of evaluation of depressive disoders and the efficacy of therapeutic application of amitriptiline and fluoxetine in patients wits depression. The probable clinico-neuropsysiological models of efficiency of therapeutic application antidepresants treatment tactics were described. The results of the research are supposed to individualise therapy, create prognostic systems and rehabilitation program, optimise the treatment with antidepresants.
