The dissertation is devoted to problems of designing of heating systems with flat solar collectors. New techniques of calculation of heat transfer from heating system with compelled and natural circulation of the heat-carrier have been developed. Specified mathematical model of work of a flat solar collector, taking into account thermal capacity and thermal conductivity of its elements is offered. Computing experiment has been made. Thermic capacity influences essentially the speed of heating and the value of temperature of the heat-carrier. Non-stationary thermal processes, proceeding in a system with free convection of the heat-carrier and flat solar collector have been experimentally investigated. The recommendations of the choice of rational parameters of systems of preliminary heating of the heat-carrier for use in steam and water-heating boilers, installations of heating of baths with electrolyte, cooling and heat suply for industrial objects, located in various regions of Ukraine have been formu lated .
