Was exemined 140 patients with the chronical diffuse liver diseases with the aim of to determine the role of endotoxicose in the pathogenesis of chronical hepatitis end prove the ways of it differentiale correction. Dissertation is devoted to learning of endotoxicose especialities in chronic hepatitis patients in depending on intencity of lipoperoxidation process, functional status of antiradical protectors, some factors of immune system, skin microbiocenosis and blood conclusion of some microelements. Was proved the correction of endotoxicose, hyperlipoperoxidation and second immune insufficiency with the help of thiotriazoline.
