By results of clinical and laboratory inspection 134 men from 33 till 53 years old are certain, that the liquidation participants of the CHAPS catastrophy have a higher level of the reactions' duration of lipid free radical oxydation, blood and oral fluid hemocoagulation properties' changes, the denture floor tissues'blood supply, changes, a greater number of missing teeth, a greater number of denture floor tissue atrophy.The choice of denture construction for the replacement of small and medium defects of dentitions is proved, the method of the pathogenetic treatment of complications in the denture floor tissues while using patial removable denture with antioxydant preparation is proposed, it permitting to increase the terms of orthopedic construction.
