The dissertation presented disturbances of cellular and humoral immunity, surfactant system activity, levels of serum and bronchial secret's lysocime in different severity levels of chronic obstructive bronchitis. Corrections of revealed disturbances with the help of combined treatment with Immunal and Urolesan are shown. Methods investigation: clinical, immunological, biochemical, instrumental, functional.Rational use of these drugs is proved. It helps to normalise computer-spyrography findings and immune reactions run, restore pulmonary surfactant system activity, serum and bronchial secret lysocime levels. Sphere of the use are therapeutics, pulmonologes departments, policlinics.
