Modified nucleosides and oligodeoxyribonucleotides. To synthesize modified oligonucleotides and to investigate their properties. Methods of research are chemical synthesis, physico-chemical and biological analysis; gene synthesizer. The methods of synthesis pyrazinone and thymine analogues of acyclovir are developed, the convenient methods of modification of oligonucleotides are created.
