Essay

The development of gasdynamic description based on the smallness of quasilinear relaxation time in comparison with the time of electron propagation in a plasma is continued in the framework of quasilinear theory. The key points of this description as well as the fact that beam electrons propagate in a plasma as a beam-plasma structure are proved by the numerical solution of kinetic equation of weak turbulence theory. Еmission of the structures is considered in application to observing microwave radiation of electron beams propagating in the low corona.
