Savina G. Management Methods of Inner Reserves of Enterprises

Research object: opened joint-stock company "Cherson cotton plant" and it's structural subdivisions: spinning factories. Purpose of research: theoretical and systematic conception about how to increase effectivity of spinning production, the method of group spare field was propoced to determine indicafons of relative demond fonacentoin purpose in the complex consumption of all resourses, indications of general demond for a centein reserve and the integnated indicator of a centain reserve, as the indicators of the competitiveners; the matnix method was firstly applied to the mechanism of seauding for the internal reserves at the level of supreme control in onden to determine objects of the funthen analysis and groups of reserve acconding to the purposes of the enterprise; the economic and mathematical model was developed to the problem of cotton mixture optimixation and it also includes the indicators of produced goods quality; was proposed the methood of multimachine-wokhers labon standardization, which puts the proportion between wage expenditune and howmatenids expenses in the cost price of products; the simulation model of the on-line planning the capocity of spinning mechanisms was developed to coondinate work of different technological processes. Novelty: the dossification of internal reserves which was developed on the basis of coordination with the production resource acconding to the administrative purposes; the method of group spore field, which is directed to determine the strategically important resources and consuming reserves; the method of multimadine-workers labon standartization, which puts the propontion of now matemels expenses in the cost price of products and gives a possibility to incnease the effectivity of now matenicls use without incneasing. He cost price of products and to increase the emplayment of basic workers on conolition of decreasing production; the model of the on-line planning the capocity of spinning mechanisms, which is devoted to coondinale work of oliffenent sub divisions. Field of use: the level of the metional economy, the industry level, the regional level and the level of enterprise.
