134 patiens with chronical bronchitis workers of dust professions in engineerng industry with purpose to determine the role of some condinioned hereditory factors in the development of chronical bronchitis, were examenated. The fact that the risk of chronical bronchitis development its clinical flow and its complications depends on definits HLA-system antigens ( A1, B12, Cw3, Cw5, haplotype A1B8, supratyps A1B35Cw4 and A2B35Cw4 ) degree of expression of a1-PI deficit, exprosure of chenges of some dermatoglyphical indices, was established. All of this will allow to prognose in proper time the inclination to energence of chronical bronchitis, its clinical flow and to correct therapy.
