The subjekt of the research is the sphere of the foreign currency and credit relations in the pricess of development of the Ukrainian foreign exchage market. The purpose of the work is to reveal the esseance and the modern peculiarities of bank activity at the foreign exchange market of Ukraine. The dissertation is based on the application of the metods of the system analisis. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of their application in education prosess.Ukreximbank has approved some of the recommendations and introduced them into its work.
