Study material 114 leptospirosis patients and 30 healthy donors. Objective: to reveal peculiarities and regularities in cardiovascular system impairments in leptospirosis patients and to develop methods of correcting them on this basis.Methods: EKG, echocardiography reovasography, Villebrand factor and thrombocytes functional activity determination.The expediency to use etamsylate natrii and riboxine while treating leptospirosis patients was substantiated.The proposed therapy prevents cardiac,hemorrhagiac syndrome appearance and the circulation impairment.Sphere of use: infection,surgical and therapeutic clinics.
